[ノーズ]ジンジャーブレッドの柔らかな甘味とウッディさを超えてココナッツの殻、おがくず、サンダルウッド、クリーミーなココナッツオイルのミックスした香り。微かに緑茶のフローラルな香り、心地よいタンニンとペパーミントの香りに続き海岸で香る昆布と乾燥した海藻。 [パレット]味わいは甘味に包まれており、トフィとモルト、ファッジと果樹園のフルーツが心地よく融合している。統合されたスパイスがナツメグとクローブから暖かみのある味わいを作り出し、オレンジとみかん、乾燥した木材が見事に融合してフィニッシュ。 The nose combined the soft sweetness of ginger bread with creamy coconut oil that crossed the border into woody terrain with the introduction of coconut husk, sawdust and sandalwood. The slightly floral aroma of green tea arrived with beautiful tannins and a touch of peppermint before our senses carried us to coastal scenes, discovering kelp and dried seaweed. The palate was bound by sweetness, merging delightfully malty flavours with toffee, fudge and sweet orchard fruit. Integrated spice created a warming tingle from nutmeg and cloves that fused perfectly with orange and mandarin as we faded into the finish of dry wood.
