最初は炭水化物のような香りがして、エレガントでドライなワックスのような香りが続く。その先には、豊かなシリアルの香り、発酵したリンゴ、干し草、カーボンペーパー、レモンの香りのバスソルトなどが感じられた。時間の経過と共に、このクリーンでナチュラルなプロフィールを維持しながら、より甘いトーンが強調された。新鮮な石膏ボード、アーモンドペースト、牛乳瓶のお菓子、パテ、チョーク、柔らかい土の香り。 端正な味わいは、すぐに噛み応えがあり、濃厚である。ゼリー状のフルーツスイーツ、ラズベリー、ストロベリー、そして温かみのある唐辛子の香り。加水すると、ミネラルオイル、カンバス、スス、パイナップルの塊が現れ、最終的にはよりフローラルでシリアルのような穏やかなプロフィールになった。葉っぱのような甘さと、ジェリービーンズ、ジンジャーシロップ、アニス、ハーブの歯磨き粉のような香りが続く。 Initially rather carbolic we thought, with some elegant dry waxiness. Beyond that we found plush cereal tones, fermenting apples, hay, carbon paper and lemon scented bath salts. Reduction accentuated the sweeter tones while maintaining this clean and natural profile. Fresh plaster board, almond paste, milk bottle sweets, putty, chalk and soft earthiness. The neat palate was immediately chewy and dense. Jellied fruit sweets, raspberry, strawberry and a warmth of chilli. With water we got mineral oils, canvass, soot, pineapple chunks and eventually a more floral, cereal and gentle profile. Leafy, sweet and with notes of jelly beans, ginger syrup, aniseed and herbal toothpaste.
