[ノーズ]まずグースベリーのタルト、次にバニラチョコアイス、ピンクバブルガム、エルダーベリージャム、ヘザー・エール、ハイビスカスとプルーンフレーバーの歯磨きが続いていく。加水すると、この世とは思えないほどのローズマリーオイル、マンゴーの果肉、スチームされた樽の側板と濡れた樽口をふさぐための栓を覆っている布。マラスチーノチェリーと温かいたピザのオーブン釜の匂い。 [パレット]ホワイトレーズン、濡れた土っぽさとミルクのホーリック、ミックスされたハーブ、なぜかボディーローションの香り、シアバター、日焼け用オイル。時間が経つにつれて、スターフルーツ、ピンクウエハース、甘い牛乳瓶、そしてシナモングラハムがシロップのような甘味を被せて押し寄せてくる。 Tart gooseberry struck the panel first. Followed hard on the heels by vanilla choc ices, pink hubba bubba, elderberry jam, heather ale, hibiscus and prune flavoured toothpaste. A splash of water unearthed rosemary oil, mango flesh, steamed oak staves, damp bung cloth, maraschino cherries and the olfactory hug of a warm pizza oven. To taste we found white raisins and a milky Horlicks with wet earth, mixed herbs and curious notes of body lotion, shea butter and suntan oil. Reduction gave us a tooth cladding syrupy sweetness with star fruits, pink wafers, milk bottle sweets and cinnamon grahams.
