燃え盛る海辺の山 Flaming seaside mountains

香りはただちに微かにパフュームを帯びたスモークが満たされる霧がかった谷間の風を連れてきた。海辺の山の頂上、焼けたヘザーとラベンダーが海のしぶきを伴って渦巻く。小さな石造りの小屋で塩キャラメルが石炭ストーブに掛けられた銅製のやかんでぐつぐつと煮えている。その塩キャラメルは味わいにもあった。パネルはスミレエッセンスの紫色を味わいにイメージした。 加水で本当のポテンシャルが発揮される。まるで燃え盛る海辺の山に海水を撒いたようだ。厚みのあるかぐわしいスモークの香りが線香と民芸品の記憶を呼び起こさせた。 The nose immediately transported us to a misty glen where a heady perfumed smoke filled the air. Atop the mountain, scorched heather and lavender swirled with sea spray. In a small stone hut, salt water taffy was boiling in copper kettles over an open coal fire. The taffy was there in the taste too, The Panel imagined it to be purple in colour with violet extract flavouring. A splash of water really opened things up, like dropping seawater on flaming seaside mountains. Thick fragrant smoke evoked memories of incense sticks and dreamcatchers for sale in a “new age” shop.
