[ノーズ] 集められた流木、乾いた海藻、茶箱、パイプの残り火。そして焼いたホタテに絞ったレモンを併せた香り。 [パレット] タールで汚れたロープ、レモンボンボン、アニス味のガム、火の近く置かれた革靴。加水すると、満潮の海、海藻、貝とヘザーの香り、そしてハーブのイラクサ茶。燃やした新聞紙、スモークした海塩、リコリスと砂糖がけアーモンドが加わる。‐全てが刺激的な海辺の休日での一杯。 A beachcomber gathers stuff for a fire – dried seaweed, a tea chest and driftwood with bitumen; he is smoking a pipe and squeezing lemon on scallops cooked over the embers. On the taste, he maybe added tarry ropes while thoughtfully sucking lemon bonbons and black-jack chews – his leather shoes are too close to the fire. Adding water, he sniffs the beach, tide going out – bladderwrack, seashells and heather – now he makes nettle tea and tosses an old bird’s nest on the fire. The palate adds burnt newspapers, smoked sea-salt, liquorice and sugared almonds – all in all a stimulating seaside holiday dram.
