[ノーズ] 淹れたてのコーヒー、ブリオッシュとクロワッサン - それはまるで遅い日曜日の朝にサンルームで大好きな籐の椅子に座って新聞を読んでいるかのよう。ページをめくるようにバターとキンカンジャムを塗ったパンへと変わっていく。 [パレット] ひとさじの蜂蜜を入れたお粥、ジンジャーブレッドビスケットとフレッシュグレープフルーツジュース。加水すると芳醇な香りのトフィ、バタースコッチ、チョコレートカラメルショートブレッド、そして口の中はとてもクリーミー、トロピカルドリームクリームケーキとクレームドバナナを加えたピニャコラーダ - 気づけばもうランチタイム！ Aromas of freshly brewed coffee, brioche and croissants - could well be a late Sunday morning sitting in your favourite rattan chair in the conservatory reading the newspaper. Whilst turning the page we got offered a grilled piece of bread with butter and kumquat jam. To taste, we had porridge with a spoonful of honey, gingerbread biscuits and fresh grapefruit juice. Water added rich aromas of toffee, butterscotch and chocolate caramel shortbread and the mouthfeel was now extremely creamy, like a tropical dream cream cake and a smooth Pina Colada with plenty of crème de banana added – is it lunch time already!
