[ノーズ] カラメルがけしたホタテ貝、甘いスモークハムとスタッフドポルトベロマッシュルーム、スイートマスタード添えホワイトバイエルンソーセージらの甘い香りを喚起する。 [パレット] しっかりとしていながらもスムース、様々なフルーティーなイースト香、麦ビールととろけた塩味キャラメルアイスクリームが混ざったよう。とてもリフレッシュできる。加水すると、レモンとライムジュース、冷たいチャイ、一方で味わいは非常にクリーンでもある。フレッシュで甘いレモンハニーケーキのよう。フィニッシュはスイートバターと海塩のポップコーン。 The evocative sweet aroma made us think of caramel glazed sea scallops, sweet smoked ham and grilled stuffed Portobello mushrooms as well as Bavarian white sausages with sweet mustard. To taste, full bodied with a smooth, viscous and fruity yeasty flavour like a wheat beer combine with melted salted caramel ice cream – made it a very refreshing experience indeed. Add water to reveal lemon and lime juice and an iced Chai tea latte whilst on the palate now clean, fresh and sweet like a lemon honey drizzle cake and in the finish, popcorn with sweet butter and sea salt.
