[ノーズ] 果汁たっぷりの洋ナシ、リンゴジュースのフルーティーな香り、ボウルいっぱいのナッツとドライフルーツの香り。 パパイヤ、パイナップル、バナナチップス、レーズン、ココナッツ、ヒマワリの種とカシューナッツ。 [パレット] チェリーを飾ったマティーニグラスに入ったオレンジ、チェリー、マラスキーノリキュール、グランマニエ、ソーテルヌワインのカクテル。ほんの少し加水で、ライチ、ドラゴンフルーツ、カラメル味のアイスクリームと更に香り高く味わい深く変化する。ラズベリーとヌガーのセミフレッド（半解凍のスイーツ）にファレナムというカリビアンシロップをかけた華やかな味わい。 A fruity aroma of succulent Conference pears and sweet apple juice greeted the Panel at first before a bowl of tropical trail mix arrived. The mix combined papaya, pineapple, banana chips, raisins, coconut, sunflower seeds and cashew nuts. On the taste neat like a Sauternes punch using muddled orange and cherry, Maraschino liqueur, Grand Marnier and Sauternes wine served in a long stemmed Martini glass with a cherry as garnish. With a little water, the scent turned into a more aromatic and slightly perfumed fruity medley of lychee dragon fruit ice cream with a caramel drizzle and on the palate, now a raspberry and nougat semi-freddo with a dash of sweet Caribbean syrup called falernum.
