Alfresco Dining by the sea

[ノーズ] 屋外のレストランでスパイシーなタイ風クラブケーキ、レモンとライムのアイオリソース（ニンニククリームソー ス）、スウィートチリドレッシングのパクチーサラダを食べているのが想像できる。 [パレット] 最初の一口でびっくりするようなピリッと辛い風味、それは酢を効かせる事によってシャープな味を強調したレッドカレー味のチキンの炒め物のよう。中にはラズベリー、レモン、フランジパーヌタルト（アーモンド風味 のカスタード）のフルーティな甘さが隠れているが、それを大きく開かせるには加水が必要。加水により香りは大きく変わり、アロエベラのジュース、フレッシュココナッツウォーターとジャスミン茶。味わいはなめらかでマンゴーココナッツパンナコッタのようにクリーミー。 We imagined alfresco dining with spicy Thai crab cakes, lemon and lime aioli and an Asian cress salad in a sweet chilli dressing. The first bite was surprisingly zesty and hot more like a red curry chicken stir-fry flavoured with plenty of vinegar for the sharp taste. There was some fruity sweetness of a raspberry, lemon and frangipane tart in the background but we needed water for that to fully develop. Aromas were now very different; the juice of aloe Vera, fresh coconut water and jasmine tea, whilst on the palate smooth and creamy like a mango coconut
