パネルは、甘く、塩の効いた、スモークとワックスの香り ―期待通りのすべての香り― レモンメレンゲパイ、爽やかな海風、ヘザーの花、讃美歌集を感じる。甘いパイプタバコ、甘くてトウガラシのきいた煎餅、バラ、ファッジ、そしてかすかに焦げたポークテンダ-ロインの味がする。加水によって、果実を伴うすべての香りが高まる―ライチ、メロンとキウイ、バラ水とゼラニウムの花の香りがさらに立ち、燻製小屋へと運ばれる水揚げされたばかりの魚、そして教会のベンチ（信者席？）の香りがする。味は、まさに期待通り―オイリー、塩味、ワックス、果物、スモークは少ない。しかし、すべてが甘いチリソースに漬けられているよう。ブローラの蒸溜所から。

The Panel found sweet, salty, smoky and waxy notes – everything one would expect - lemon meringue pie, fresh sea breeze, heather blossom and hymn books. Sweet pipe tobacco, sweet chilli rice crackers, roses, fudge and slightly burned pork tenderloin to taste. Water enhanced everything with fruit – lychees, melon & kiwi, more floral notes of rose water and geraniums, freshly landed fish about to go into the smokehouse and church benches (pews?) To taste it was exactly what we hoped for – oily, salty, waxy, fruity with less smoke but everything was dipped in sweet chilli sauce. From the distillery in Brora.
