[ノーズ]サンザシとみじん切りチャイブのハーブの香り、パフキャンディー、バーボンビスケット、チョコレートコーティングした蜂蜜、天然木バニリンの甘さを感じる。時間の経過とともに、巻きたばこ、踏みつぶしたシダ、マジパンと塩味のキャラメル。加水すると焼きたてのパン、松ぼっくり、ペトリコール、花粉、プラムソース、練乳、ブドウ果汁の甘さを感じる。 [パレット]味わいはクラシカルでメロン、レモンのフルーツ、しっかりとした土、ドライタイム、西洋わさび、わさび豆、ハーブ風味の歯磨き粉、インスタントラーメン。加水すると自転車の鎖、ライター液、エステルのラムの様な味わい。リコリスフレーバーのタバコ紙、ビターライム、ダンネージ熟成庫と発酵しているフルーツ。とても印象的な味わい！ A herbal nose of hawthorn and chopped chives mingles with the sweetness of puff candy, bourbon biscuits, chocolate-covered honeycomb chunks and natural wood vanillin. Given time some notes of rolling tobacco, trampled ferns, marzipan and salted caramel chews all appear. With water we find freshly baked bread, pinecones, petrichor, pollen and then a resurgent sweetness in the form of plum sauce, condensed milk and grape must. The palate is classical and fruit-forward. Melon, lemon, then a robust earthiness, dried thyme, horseradish, wasabi peas, herbal toothpaste and instant ramen noodles. With water it becomes almost rum-like with these notes of bicycle chain, lighter fluid and hot esters. There are liquorice flavoured cigarette papers, bitter lime extracts, dunnage and fermenting tropical fruits. Quite a ride!
