ダンネージ式倉庫にある圧搾された花の花束、スパイスの効いたマルメロペーストを使ったヤギのチーズコロッケ、そして高級な洋ナシ（ウィリアムズ-キリスト）とアプリコット（マリレン）のシュナップスに見られるような素晴らしく豊富なエステル、と様々なイメージが浮かぶ。 ［パレット］ミュスカ・ド・ボーム・ド・ヴニーズの一杯、緑豊かで凝縮感があり、トロピカルフルーツ、ハチミツ、クレメンタインゼリー、モンステラデリシオサジャムのフレーバーを備えた、滑らかで充実したフレッシュで活気のある味わい。注意して加水してください。ラム酒のようなエステル、バターを塗ったブリオッシュ、ヘーゼルナッツのペースト、クリームパティスリーが現れ、味わいは甘くフルーティーで、フィニッシュに軽く塩辛いビスケット感を感じる。 We conjured up all sorts of images, a bouquet of pressed flowers in a dunnage warehouse, goat cheese croquettes with spiced quince paste and wonderful esters in abundance as one finds in exclusive pear (Williams-Christ) and apricot (Marillen) schnapps.
