[ノーズ]色っぽさを感じる焼いたマンゴー、レモンムース、パイナップルゼリーの豊富な香り。ハニートースト、バター味のオークケーキ、レモンキャンディとバニラクリーム。ほんの少しの加水で完熟したバナナ、パイナップルタルトタタン、濃厚なハチミツの香り、白い核果、ライムオイルとトーストしたシード。
[パレット]甘く土っぽい味わいもあるチャイブバター、レモンバーム、干し草、モルト藁とエルダーフラワーコーディアル。グースベリーフールでフィニッシュ。加水するとフルーティーさが戻り、スイカキャンディ、野の花、リモンチェッロ、新鮮なハーブ、チェリーコーラ飴とクローバー。
A rather lewd abundance of scorched mango, lemon possit and pineapple jelly - amongst other such exotic happenings - greeted the panel at first. Also noted was honey smothered toast, oatcakes with salted butter, lemon lockets and vanilla cream. With a splash of water it moves towards overripe banana, pineapple tart tatin, densely textured honey notes, white stone fruits, lime oil and various toasted seeds. The palate was sweetly earthy with chive butter, lemon balm, hay, straw mats and elderflower cordial. A dollop of gooseberry fool towards the end. Water re-energises the fruitiness with notes of watermelon candy, wild blossoms, fait sootiness, limoncello, fresh herbs, cherry cola cubes and clover.
