初めはフルーティな香りがたくさんあった − 炒め煮した桃、リンゴジュース、焼きプラム。それからクルミ入りパンと焙ったアーモンドのナッティさが来た。靴磨きと新しい車の革に続いて、蜂蜜と甘い紅茶のより甘美な香り。 味には新鮮なグレープフルーツがあり、ペカンパイ、そしてワサビ豆とスコッチ・ボンネットの種の辛さを伴った。加水した香りでは古い本と磨いた木材のある図書館に、それからルバーブ・クランブルとアーモンドフレーク掛けレモンタルトのある田舎の台所に運ばれた。味は焦げたコーヒーとバター＆マーマイト・トーストで温かくなり、モラセスとダークトフィーでフィニッシュ。
There were lots of fruity notes to begin; braised peaches, apple juice and baked plums. Then came a nuttiness from walnut bread and toasted almonds. Shoe polish and new car leather followed with sweeter notes of honey and sugary tea. There was fresh grapefruit on the palate with pecan pie and heat from wasabi peas and Scotch bonnet seeds. The reduced nose brought us to a library with old books and polished wood, then to a country kitchen with rhubarb crumble and a citrus tart with flaked almonds. Warming on the palate with burnt coffee and toast with butter and Marmite, finishing with molasses and dark toffee.
