[ノーズ]花の咲き誇る庭！たくさんの乾燥した花びら、ローズウォーター、すみれとポプリがモルト香を包み込む。夏のフルーツが入った麦汁、カスタードタルト、バタースコッチ、バニラカスタードととろけるチョコレート。加水するとフレッシュなスライスしたレモンとその皮、春のワイルドミントとシャーベット。 [パレット]驚くほどの酒質が迫ってくる。たくさんの核果フルーツ、桃とクリーム、ドライアプリコットと熟れたダムソンの実。加水するとガリバルディビスケットと一方にはレーズン、ゼラニウムと花瓶の水。 An abundant garden in bloom! Lots of dried petals, rosewater, violets and pot pourri all lashed around a lean malty backbone. Summer fruits barley water, paste de nata, butterscotch, vanilla custard and melting choc ice. With water there appears slices and twists of fresh lemon, some sprigs of wild mint and a few spoonfuls of fizzy sherbet. The palate is surprisingly approachable at full strength. Lots of of fresh stone fruits, peaches and cream, dried apricot and a few ripe damsons. With dilution crushed Garibaldi biscuits appear alongside a scattering of raisins, geraniums and vase water.
