[ノーズ]濃い蜂蜜を塗ったライ麦パン、バターとストロベリージャムを添えたライロール、マジパンクロワッサン、粉砂糖をまぶしたブルーベリーマフィン。甘いパン屋さんの世界が広がっている。 [パレット]すぐに元気になる甘くて濃厚なエスプレッソ！コーヒーと一緒に、キーライムパイ、ジンジャースナップビスケット、軽い塩味のキャラメルソース。加水するとコーヒーショップで焼きたてのブージーチェリーケーキがテーブルに運ばれてくるイメージが浮かぶ。味わいはオレンジ風味のチョコレート、バーボンビスケットとバルサミコ酢、タイムとペッパーのメレンゲとイチゴの味。 A whole world of baker’s treats; dark honey on rye bread, lye roll with butter and strawberry jam, marzipan croissants and blueberry muffins dusted with icing sugar. On the palate neat; a double espresso – sweet, viscous and it perks you right up! With the coffee we were served a key lime pie, ginger snap biscuits and a lightly salted caramel sauce. With water we sat in a coffee shop and a freshly baked boozy cherry cake was placed on our table. The taste was of orange-flavoured chocolates, bourbon biscuits and balsamic, thyme and pepper meringues with strawberries.
