[ノーズ]すぐに綿菓子とハイランド・トフィがクリーミーさが共に香る。その下にはオランダのジュネヴァ、ターキッシュデライト、スライスしたナシとフレッシュなチャーン製法のバター。この香りがいったん引くとよりエレガントな甘い香りとバタースコッチ、シロップ漬けのスポンジケーキ、メイプルデニッシュ、磨いた松、楠木とユーカリの甘い香り。 [パレット]草っぽさ、ぶどう液から木樽で熟成されたグラッパ、干し草と甘いお粥。加水するとモルトミルクビスケット、茶葉、ジンジャー、ホワイトペッパー、唐辛子の粉と大きな器に入った西洋スモモのオードヴィーがフィニッシュを飾る。 A creamy profile at first with an immediate aroma of spun sugar and highland toffee. Underneath there are notes of Dutch Genever, Turkish delight, sliced pears and freshly churned butter. Reduction brings a more elegant sweetness and notes of butterscotch, syrup sponge cake, maple danish, polished pine, camphor and eucalyptus sweeties. To taste there is an initial grassy, grape must aspect that moves towards wood-aged grappa, hay and sweetened porridge. When diluted this manifests as malted milk biscuits, tea leaves, ginger, white pepper, dried chilli flakes and a big slug of mirabelle eau de vie in the finish.
