[パレット]
味わいも期待に違わなかった。 愉快で、からかうようで、心地よい。 口の中でダンスを踊っているようで、官能的に甘い蜂蜜の味わいとエキゾチックなシトラスが誘惑的に跳ねかかります。加水した場合、トロピカルの香りがさらに際立ち、 缶詰のパイナップル、マンゴー、桃、アンゼリカの飴煮の香り。そしてマーマレード、ミルクチョコレートとデニッシュペストリーの甘さが全体のバランスを保ちます。微かにナツメグ、焼きリンゴ、洒落たシトラスピールを伴うその素晴らしい味わいに、私たち全員が穏やかで喜ばしい気持ちに浸れます。
Aromas of Black Forest gateau, honeycomb, toffee, caramel, apple, pear and candied orange and lemon led to comments such as ‘Enticing’, ‘Pampering’, ‘Silky soft’ and ‘Luxurious’. The palate lived up to expectations – pleasing, teasing and comforting – sensually sweet honey shimmied in the mouth with seductive splashes of exotic citrus, all embraced by fine undertones of avuncular oak. The reduced nose turned more tropical – tinned pineapple, mango, peach, candied angelica and marmalade balanced the milk chocolate and Danish pastry sweetness. The extraordinary palate, with hints of nutmeg, baked apple and sophisticated citric peel left us all feeling calmed and delighted.
