［ノーズ］心地よいフレッシュでフルーティーな香り、砂糖をまぶしたベリー味のフルーツボンボン、ハネデューメロンと熟れた甘いオレンジ。
［パレット］甘くスパイシーなホースラディッシュのピクルスが口の中に広がり、続いてすぐに大根の入ったザジキ（トルコやギリシャのヨーグルト料理）。加水すると切ったばかりのオーク、乾燥葉とシーソルトローズマリー風味のクラッカー。一方で味わいはドライスパイス、リコリス、フィニッシュは甘いパンケーキ、バニラクリームフレーシュを添えたルバーブのコンポートとスイートポテトのマラサダとココナッツのライタ！
An inviting fresh, fruity aroma greeted the Panel like that of sugar dusted assorted fruit bonbons (in particular red berry flavoured), a slice of golden honeydew melon and segments of sweet ripe oranges. Sweet and spicy horseradish pickles certainly perked up our taste buds soon followed by radishes in a tzatziki sauce. Water added on the nose fresh cut oak, dried leaves and sea salt rosemary flavoured crackers, whilst on the palate dried spices, chewy liquorice and in the finish a selection of sweet and savoury pancakes but with a difference - rhubarb compote with vanilla crème fraiche and sweet potato masala dosa with coconut raita!
