デザートに夢中 A passion for puddings

パネルは世界中のデザートを発見した。始まりはクラナッハン、ピーチ・トライフル、カスタードスライス、それにココナッツビスケットを添えたレモン・ポセット。チーズケーキのために準備したビスケット生地の台。焙ったピスタチオをのせたベイクド・ピーチとマンゴーのスライスをのせたライスプディング。イチゴとパッションフルーツのトロピカルティーに穏やかなタンニンの刺激がある。加水すると、ピンク・ウェハースを添えたピーチメルバ、オレンジ、サフランを混ぜ込んだグアバ・チーズケーキ、それから生のココナッツを入れたホワイトチョコレート・アイスクリーム。ゴールデンシロップとロクムのようなすべすべした質感があり、パネルはやや退廃的な気分になった。美味しい！ The panel found puddings from all around the globe. They began with cranachan, peach trifle, custard slice and lemon posset with coconut biscuits on the side. A biscuit base ready for the cheesecake topping. Baked peaches topped with toasted pistachio and rice pudding with sliced mango. A tropical tea infusion of strawberry and passionfruit with a gentle tannic bite. Water revealed peach melba with pink wafers, orange and guava cheesecake laced with saffron, then white chocolate ice cream with fresh coconut. It had an unctuous texture like golden syrup and Turkish delight which made the panel feel rather louche. Delicious!
