香り：タバコの葉と浜辺の木の棚に干されている魚を思い出させる。ジャーモリーン、救急箱、石炭バケツの中の石けんを想像してみて欲しい。漁船の中、空腹だったら塩と煙を感じるだろう。シーフード料理、濃い色の蜂蜜、ベーコンとキャラウェイシード入りライ麦パン、フェンネルシード入りソーセージ。
味：塩っぽい桟橋の上の貝殻を味わう。糖蜜とスパイシーなリコリス。タバスコとスコッチ・ボンネット（激辛唐辛子）。炒ったキャラウェイシードとゴマの蜂蜜掛け。たまらなく食欲をそそるシーフードカクテルとオイルたっぷりのサバ。揚げマーズ・バーにそそられた？魚と同じオイルで揚げた？すごい。
