香りには缶詰フルーツのサラダ、そこにブドウ、ピーチ、甘口の白ワイン。その背後では柔らかいバニラペストリークリームが軽く煮たリンゴのタルトに進展し、ほのかにシナモンとレーズン。
快くソフトな口当たりで、やや快活、そして甘く微かなハーブ系の味、フィニッシュは少しひんやりとしてドライ、ほのかなアニス。
加水するとさらにフルーティになるが、バニラはたっぷり残っている（ジェラートに変わる）。快活な香りがシャーベット入り「フライングソーサー」になる。
加水した味は甘く、それから少し収れん性で渋くなる。
全体的にフレッシュで魅力的。
Tinned fruit salad on the nose, with grapes, cling peaches and sweet white wine; behind this soft vanilla pastry, evolving into lightly cooked apple tart, with a trace of cinnamon and raisins. A pleasant soft mouthfeel, slightly spritzich, and a sweet and faintly herbal taste, lightly cooling and drying in the finish, with a hint of anise. Becomes more estery with water, but retains plenty of vanilla (now Italian ice cream); the spritzich note has become sherbet filled‘flying saucers’. At reduced strength the taste is sweet then slightly astringent and tannic. Fresh and attractive overall.
