Fresh as a winter waterfall /
冬の滝のように清々しい

［ノーズ］爽やかでハーブのよう（スイバ、イラクサ、セイヨウヤマハッカ）、快いフルーティな芳香（サワーアップル・キャンディ、レモンパフ、熟していないマンゴー）、フローラル系香水（スイカズラ、エルダーフラワー）が少し – 新しい本とマーカーも若干感じられた。 ［パレット］主に甘く、柑橘系でジューシー、ハリボー・タングファスティック、ワインガム、ジェリーベビー、アップルスノーを思い出した – 微かなクローブと幾分かのハーブ系要素で、全体像が完成した。 加水した香りには、楽しく元気になるフルーツサラダの爽やかさ、バター豊富なペストリーが少し、それに冷やしたミュスカデかアイスヴァインがあった。味は、口中に唾液が溜まりそうなブラックカラントとレモンのソルベに落ち着いた – 冬の滝のように清々しい。 The nose was fresh, leafy and herbal (sorrel, nettle, melissa) with nice fruity aromas (sour apple sweets, lemon puffs, unripe mango) and some floral perfumes (honeysuckle, elderflower) –we also got light suggestions of new books and marker pens. The palate was mainly sweet, citric and juicy, reminding us of Haribo Tangfastics, wine gums, jelly babies and apple snow – hints of clove and some herbal elements completed the picture. The reduced nose had pleasantly invigorating fruit salad freshness, some buttery pastry and chilled muscadet or Eiswein. The palate now settled into a mouth-watering blackcurrant and lemon sorbet – fresh as a winter waterfall.
