バターたっぷりのペストリー、バニラスライス、オレンジブリュレミルフィーユ、ホイップクリームといちご、ミントチョコレートチップアイスクリームが落ち着いた甘い香りが迎えてくれる。初めの味わいは木のスパイシーさと様々な大きさのリコリッシュキャンディーの甘さが混ざり合ってキャラメルプリン、チェリーキャンデイとヌガーの甘さが再び出てくる前に味わえる。一滴の水で香りは新鮮は藁と芝、直後にイチゴ、キイウィとルバーブのカスタードタルト。口の中はクリーミーで甘くかすかにスパイシーで快い風味、例えばジンジャークッキーサンドにレモンマスカルポーネ添え。 A pleasant sweet nose greeted the panel with buttery pastry, vanilla slices, orange Brulee mille-feuille and strawberries with whipped cream as well as mint chocolate chip ice cream. The initial taste had a woody spiciness combined with liquorice allsorts and red laces before the sweetness reappeared in the form of crème caramel, nougat and cherry drops. With a drop of water the aromas turned into fresh hay and cut grass soon followed by strawberry, kiwi and rhubarb custard tartlets. The mouthfeel was now very creamy with a sweet slight spicy/zesty edge to it, like a ginger cookie sandwich with lemon mascarpone.
