[パレット]ブランデースナップスとエスプレッソマティーニのような甘味とミントの風味からオークのスパイスを感じる。スパークリングエルダーフラワーレモネードカクテルを添えたヘーゼルナッツアイスクリーム、スパイシーさ、ゴールデンシロップパンケーキとアマルフィレモンシラバブのクリーミーでフルーティーな甘さの味わいあるバランスがとれている。
A clean and fresh aroma greeted the Panel with the scent of eucalyptus, honey and lemon-flavoured throat lozenges as well as, according to one panellist, “floral pink and purple pastel vibes”. A sweet and minty heat at first on the palate neat before plenty of oak spices kicked in for the finish; brandy snaps with an espresso martini cream. Diluted we had hazelnut ice-cream with a sparkling elderflower lemonade cocktail, while to taste the spiciness was now magnified yet beautifully balanced with that creamy, fruity sweetness of yummy golden syrup flapjacks and an Amalfi lemon syllabub.
