［味わい］味わいは香り以上に独特で、ヌテラフィユティーヌとカラメライズドバナナムースを添えたチョコレートヘーゼルナッツケーキ？興味をそそられる。加水すると、ヘザーを使ってモップバーベキューソースを塗ったベーコンで包んだスパイスの効いたモロッコ風ミートボール。
９年間an ex-bourbon hogsheadで熟成した後、1st fill custom toasted American and European oak barriqueへ移し替え。
