洗練を極めた –
穏やかなトロピカルフルーツの香りが私たちを天国に誘った（パイナップル、レモンシャーベット、グレープジュース、赤いリンゴ） – 朝のさわやかなそよ風が草をわたり、その後、鉛筆、柔らかなレザー、紙巻き煙草の包み、磨いた木材、サトウキビ、バニラがからかうように触れてゆく。
味は信じ難いほどに調和がとれていた – 甘い香りの果物が芳しい八角、白檀、ジャスミン、アイスクリームと優雅に踊り、最後にタバコが余韻が残した。
加水した香りではパイナップル・スポンジケーキと砂糖がけイチゴがスパイシーなバニラ･オークの箸の上で繊細な均衡を保っていて、永遠に嗅ぎ続けてしまいそうだった。その味はバター豊富なペストリーにリコリスキャンディとフルーツ味のポロキャンディが結びついていた。
「プラスカーデン」からの「幸せな気持ちになる」ウイスキー。
Sophistication oozed out – gentle tropical fruits perfumed us to heaven (pineapple, lemon sherbet, Shloer grape, red apple) – fresh morning breezes rippled over grass; then teasing licks of pencils, soft leather, fag packets, polished wood, sugar cane and vanilla.
The palate was incredibly harmonious – sweet perfumed fruit danced elegantly with aromatic star anise, sandalwood, jasmine and ice-cream; tobacco tantalising the tail.
The reduced nose had pineapple sponge and sugared strawberries delicately balanced in chopsticks of spicy vanilla oak; we could have sniffed endlessly. The palate now combined buttery pastry with Liquorice Allsorts and fruit Polos.
