味は松かさ、丸太、レザー、ダークチョコレートがけアーモンド、フルーツケーキ、スティッキー・トフィー・プディング、そしてデーツの深く、楽しいクリスマスのような混合 - 洋梨、ニスをかけた木材、木箱に入れたウェリントンブーツもあった。
ストレートの味は大きくて暗く、トリークル・トフィー、デーツ、マーマレード、そして豚バラ肉の甘くてべたつくグレージングの味だった。
加水した香りは - 煙突のタール、モラセス、咳止めシロップ、厚い皮のマーマレード、ヘアクリーム、そして皮砥。その味にはクリスマスプディング、ユーカリオイル、焦がしたトフィーがあった - 月光が降り注ぐ慣れ親しんだ庭のような、暗いけれど居心地の良い秘密の場所を思い起こさせた。

The nose was a deep, delightful Christmassy mixture of pine cones, logs, leather, dark chocolate-coated almonds, fruit cake, sticky toffee pudding and dates – we also found pear, varnished wood and wellies in a wooden box.
The unreduced palate was big and dark, tasting of treacle toffee, dates, marmalade and sweet, sticky glaze on pork ribs.
The reduced nose – chimney tar, black-strap molasses, Veno’s cough syrup, thick marmalade peel, Brylcreem and razor strops. The palate now had plum pudding, eucalyptus oil and burnt toffee – evoking dark but cozy secrets, like a familiar garden in the moonlight.
