[ノーズ]深い琥珀色、アロマティックな香りが鼻孔をくすぐる。暖かくしっとりとしたシナモンシュガーを振りかけたバタートースト、オレンジを添えたダークチョコレートパンナコッタの芳しい香り。
[パレット]カルダモンアイスクリームを添えた暖かいチェリークランブルパイのような微かなスパイスを感じる優しく甘い味わい。加水するとエルダーフラワーアイシングでコーティングしたカラメライズドアップサイドダウンアップルタルト、シナモンレーズンアップルストリューデルとホットワイン。
We admired the wonderful deep amber colour but that was quickly surpassed by the aromatic nose which we encountered. The air was soon filled with warm, sultry enticing aromas of sugar and cinnamon sprinkled generously over hot buttered toast as well as deep dark chocolate panna cotta with orange. The taste neat was mellow sweet with a hint of spice like a warm cherry crumble pie served with cardamom ice cream. After diluting we were baking a honey cake with elderflower icing and a caramelised upside-down apple tart but were eating cinnamon raisin apple strudel with a mug of mulled wine.
